GSR charter adaptation

The WP 3 handles the adaptation of the GSR Charter to each of the Eastern European partner countries. This is a very important technical WP, as the results will allow the concrete implementation of GSR contracts for new installations. Its duration is 17 months (from month 2 to month 18). Its leader is CRES, the Greek partner.

This WP is divided in 2 tasks:

The GSR Charter has been developed by the EC and ADEME since 1994, within the THERMIE programme.
The GSR contract allows offering users more than system components supply. It guarantees to the solar installation's owner and customer that a certain quantity of annual solar energy will be provided. The design methods and the solar installations calculations definitely need to be very well understood so that these warranty contracts can be achieved. The GSR Charter applications will be studied and checked in each Easter European country. According to the specific skills of the countries, the GSR Charter could be modifiable in order to be more adaptable.
