GSR Networking and training

WP 4 is dealing with the GSR networking and training in the 5 Eastern European partner countries. Its duration is 18 months (from month 9 to month 32) and its leader is ADEME. The objective here is to enhance GSR concept knowledge and experience level and its interest on the collective solar thermal market and networks. There will be several targets groups: end-users, suppliers, financing institutions and local authorities. This will be possible thanks to know-how and competences transfer, as well as national professionals' trainings. It is crucial to take advantage of the available experience of the experts from the old member states partners' countries, in particular from Austria, France, Germany and Greece.

This WP is divided in 2 tasks:

• The organisation of 5 national networking and training meetings:
  
  
  
These meetings will take place in each of the 5 Eastern European partner countries and will last 3 days. It will be the opportunity to show the key results of the progress project, and to present the results already achieved. Moreover, these meetings will contribute to bring the potential stakeholders on the solar thermal sector.
This task is sub-divided into 2 parts:
• National networking meetings (1st day): they will consist in information meetings which will gather decision makers, public bodies, professionals and end-users.
  
  
• National training sessions with sites visits (2 following days): they will concern the scheme and sizing of collective solar installations, GSR contract and remote monitoring systems. Only professionals will take part in these meetings, since they will be technically oriented.

In order to allow a wide dissemination, a complete documentation will be available. It will include a reference technical manual, all the useful tools and information for designing, implementing and maintaining the plant.
