Promotion, dissemination

WP 6 is implemented to enhance promotion and dissemination of East-GSR project. Its leader is ADEME and its duration is 36 months. In addition to the dissemination actions in the five Eastern partner countries, Hungary and Czech Republic's national energy agencies will be associated to this WP. This work package's main goals are a website creation (as a key target), dissemination pamphlets, publications in specialised press and participation to national and international meetings.

• Setting up a Website:
  
  
  
The main objective is to allow a free open access to a maximum of information. All the useful knowledge concerning stakeholders, solar installations in the concerned countries, written reports, texts and brochures, and bibliography will be available on the website. Furthermore, technical documentations will be downloadable.


• Project leaflet:
  
  
  
This leaflet will be used during all the steps of the project. It includes the following elements:
• a presentation of the project: partners, objectives, benefits, expected results,
  
  
• the GSR concept and success stories.
  
  



• Organisation of a parallel workshop promoting the market opportunities for large scale solar installations and GSR in central and eastern Europe within the ESTEC Conference:
  
  
  
A high level dissemination workshop is planned during the ESTEC 2007 Conference. This workshop will be dedicated to institutional decision-makers, professionals, and potential project managers.
Ministerial representative, national or local politicians, financing institutions, industrials, end-users associations and potential owners will also be invited.
The workshop's main objectives are to present the on-going project, to explain the contents and to show the results already obtained from the previous work packages (i.e national situations), to present the GSR concept, examples of financial arrangements….


• Publication and articles:
  
  
  
Articles intended to the general and technical specialised press, both at the national and international level will be issued. In addition, national seminars and project events with be widely announced.


• Participation, at least, in two major European/World Conferences:
  
  
  
The project results will be presented by the project partners in European and/or international Conferences linked to renewable energy and solar energy.
