Residential building Levski, Sofia

The solar thermal system was built with plans to be provided with DHW all four entries of the panel block, or 73 flats. The project is executed with 10 Austrian flat-plate solar collectors “gluatmogl” of type 12.6 with selective coating of type TINOX and total area of 126 m2. The collectors are installed with an inclination of 45° to the horizontal plane, on a flat roof, and are oriented at 120 to southwest. There is a hot water boiler in each entrance, and their total capacity is 6 500 liters. The Italian company “Elbi” produces the boilers.

Arabella Beach Hotel, Albena

 

At present the hotel operates only during the summer season i.e. from the beginning of May until the end of September. The hotel has a perspective for year round operation. The water which hotel uses is mineral water with minimal temperature of about 22 – 24oC. It contains hydrogen sulphite and is not agreeable for drinking. The storage tanks are 8, every one of them for 1500 liters. Every tank has electrical power supply of 12 kW. The hotel has external pool, which is not heated separately.
